Yes, that's possible. The URBAN ONE roof has a standard roof load of 125 kg per m². This is usually sufficient for installing conventional photovoltaic systems. If even more stability is needed, we can also supply our URBAN ONE with a roof load of 300 kg per m².

The advantage of our URBAN ONE for a PV system is that the cabling can be easily routed under the roof fascia. This eliminates the need to drill holes in the wall to connect the solar panel cables to the inverter.

Waterproofing the garden shed's floor isn't generally necessary. However, if you want additional protection against moisture or dirt, you can easily achieve this:

Use rubber or sealing strips that are placed between the bottom edge of the shed and the floor surface.

Then additionally seal the inner edge on the floor with a suitable sealant, such as Sikaflex 522. Please pay attention to the manufacturer's processing instructions.
