Delivery notification will be sent to you in two steps. A few weeks before delivery, we will send you an initial delivery notification with the approximate delivery time. In order for us to provide you with a precise delivery notification, we require you to send us photos of the delivery situation. We need to be able to plan for the width of the access road and decide which vehicle to use to deliver your goods. We will notify you of the exact delivery date well in advance—a few days in advance.

Delivery will take place on the delivery date we notify you of between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable traffic situation, we are unable to provide a more precise timeframe.

If you ordered your tool shed for self-assembly , you decide on the type of surface you want to install it on. However, we recommend installing our tool sheds on a foundation constructed using our foundation plans (available in the Downloads section).

If you book an installation service with us, it is mandatory that you create an appropriate foundation prior to installation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a guarantee if you request installation without laying a foundation.

Unfortunately, for these reasons, we are unable to expedite production.

Yes, that's possible. The URBAN ONE roof has a standard roof load of 125 kg per m². This is usually sufficient for installing conventional photovoltaic systems. If even more stability is needed, we can also supply our URBAN ONE with a roof load of 300 kg per m².

The advantage of our URBAN ONE for a PV system is that the cabling can be easily routed under the roof fascia (parapet). This eliminates the need to drill holes in the wall to connect the solar panel cables to the inverter.

The URBAN ONE can be equipped with a green roof. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the other tool sheds. Please note that the URBAN ONE comes standard with a roof load of 125 kg per m² .

Please check whether this weight will be exceeded when installing your desired green roof on the URBAN ONE. It is especially important to check how much your green roof weighs when wet (i.e., saturated). Please also note that your green roof may be subjected to additional snow loads. This adds weight and must also be taken into account. You can easily find out how much snow is expected in your region by searching the internet for a snow load zone map.
