Shipping policy

1. shipping methods

Our goods are delivered exclusively either by a forwarding agent or by our own delivery vehicles. The exact shipping method and the corresponding delivery service will be selected individually and communicated to you separately after receipt of your order.

2. delivery times

You will be informed of the delivery time during the ordering process and again in the dispatch notification. Please note that the specified delivery time refers to the period from the time the goods are ready for dispatch.

3. place of delivery and delivery conditions

Delivery is made by default to the address specified by you. Please ensure that access is suitable for our haulage vehicles or delivery vans. Delivery is always free kerbside, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery date and postponements

You will be notified of the exact delivery date in advance. If you wish to postpone the notified date, please inform us in good time, but no later than three working days before the planned delivery date. A late postponement may result in additional costs, especially if a new delivery is already necessary.

5. collection by the customer

It is generally possible to collect the goods from our warehouse. Please arrange a collection date with us in advance.

6. costs and additional fees

The shipping costs are indicated in the order process. In the event of special delivery circumstances, such as difficult access or additional delivery attempts, we reserve the right to invoice the resulting additional costs separately.

7. Transport damage

Please check the goods carefully for possible transport damage on delivery. Obvious damage must be reported to the driver directly upon delivery and we must be informed immediately in writing.
